Healthy ice cream. Sounds like an oxymoron. But it's very real, hugely decadent and damn delicious. Meet Oppo, our first resident here at the Food Exchange.

Oppo are a brand to watch. Richard Branson thinks so and they scooped The Guardian's Start Up of the Year award back in 2014 when they were less than a year old.
Founded by world-record-breaking brothers Harry and Charlie Thuillier, they have exploded onto the ice cream scene selling 300% more ice cream every year since they launched.
Today, they're stocked in Sainsbury's, Asda, Waitrose, Wholefoods Market and Holland & Barrett. And nearly a third of their revenue comes from exports.
The Food Exchange will be home to Oppo's new head office. They're moving their team of 10 into a private studio on the third floor giving them room to grow and the space to create a fantastic workplace for their team.
Harry says: "We're incredibly excited to be moving into the Food Exchange at the start of its journey and to help create this amazing food community. It's something utterly unique and finally gives all of us who work in food a place to come together and call home."
Charlie adds: "We're confident the Food Exchange will give our team an inspiring workplace and we can’t wait to meet and work alongside London's other exciting food entrepreneurs who will be joining us here. The heritage of the market is a wonderful setting and we look forward to becoming a part of the future of New Covent Garden Market."

Spanning three floors, the Food Exchange is a bold new home for London's food entrepreneurs. It's a workspace, kitchen space and food culture venue. A permanent place for everyone who works in food to come together to create, innovate and collaborate.
Our private studios and offices are ready to rent now for teams of all sizes working in food.
