Whatever you need to prepare and cook, whether you need to bake, brew, smoke, temper, cure, pickle or dehydrate, you can make it in our state-of-the-art shared production kitchen with all the tools, equipment and other mod cons to give your business a real kick start.
The Food Exchange is a venue that celebrates food culture, history and education. Drop in for classes, workshops, talks, tastings and exhibitions. Eventually, we’ll also be home to the world’s largest recipe book library, sourdough starters from the world’s most iconic restaurants and a fascinating food museum.

The Food Exchange is the first chapter in an even bigger food story. Here, we are creating London’s Food Quarter. That’s 37 acres of London dedicated to food.
